Chris makes traditional furniture such as ladderback and Windsor chairs, tables and stools from native hardwoods which he sources as locally as possible. He also makes smaller items such as turned fruit and salad bowls from specially selected timber such as ash, sycamore walnut apple, cherry, pear etc. as available. There are sycamore solid chopping boards made from one piece of wood in a variety of sizes to last a lifetime and from the off cuts there are chunky tea lights to brighten up the dining table. Commissions can be accepted which fall within this area of work.

Chris is interested in sustainable sources of wood . He is the part owner of a small wood near Ledbury and is currently studying woodland management.
